The School Council enables our pupils to have a say in the running of their own school. In this way, our pupils develop a greater sense of belonging, become more confident when putting forward ideas and viewpoints and develop a greater understanding of the need to work co-operatively for the good of others and the wider school community.
The School Council is made up of two children elected from each class who meet monthly to discuss ways in which to improve the school. Decisions are then fed back in class and any issues that arise are discussed.
